Baxi is India's first, and biggest, on-demand bike taxi company, using commercial two wheelers. The industry is about a year old, with almost 20 companies operating in different states across the country. Baxi is present in Gurgaon and Faridabad, with aggressive expansion plans this year. The company was founded by Ashutosh Johri (former CEO, Mara Ison Technologies) and Manu Rana (former product head, BookMyShow.com), who are from the 1995 batch of IIT Delhi.
