1. Introduction to Puja Spices: Puja spices is a brand of Walnut Trading & Services Pvt. Ltd. We deal in all kind of Indian spices including ROASTED BLENDS. It is a small scale village industry setup in Shahabad village, Dwarka-Delhi which supports the cause of Women Empowerment for the better future of rural women and their families. The CSR module of this organization is managed by its NGO called Shivoham Charitable Society. The blended spices are processed by village women under the strict parameters and standards of hygiene and purity. ‘Walnut’ is registered under MSME Act. 2. Products and Prices: Puja Spices has a wide range of products in spices and herbs for all cuisines. We have our price range which is highly competitive in this industry. 3. Market Presence: Puja Spices are well positioned in Modern Trade and General Trade. Shelf presence in 19stores of Big Bazaar in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurgaon and Noida along with 175 small and big general stores around the NCR is our achievement till date. Big Bazaar is the biggest consumer store for our spices. We also render our spices to Krishna Temples, Jain Temples and other SATVIK/JAIN food consumers. Nationally we have made our presence in various cities with everyday increasing consumption. Cities such as Jaipur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Bareilly, Rampur, Noida, Gurgaon, Mathura, Vrindavan, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad are the regular consumption hubs. 5. Mission of Make in India with Women Empowerment: Our company is evolved to be the part of Make in India drive of Indian Government and to support this cause. In addition to this we are driving the objective of Woman empowerment through various workshops for skill development. Through these workshops we are educating the village woman for being self-dependent. We focus on Skill development and self-employment for the woman. Women have established themselves in the field of home cooks for the society and also run their tiffin services. Women are now proud to be known by their work...they have an identity which was not existing earlier. The village woman are being educated and trained for better living through their skill development. Lot of workshops are given free of cost to village woman to make them independent. They are involved in making tiffin/home food and serving to the society. This way they are getting employment and improving their standard of living. Our factory also employs the village woman for the production and processing of the spices in a very hygienic manner. In this mission Our CSR Partner is Shivoham Charitable Society which a NGO that supports underprivileged men, women and children for the betterment of their life in different ways. 6. Awards and Recognitions: The Founder Anshu Agrawal has been awarded by the different social bodies: 1) Sehaj Sambhav (NGO) awarded Anshu ji for her work for Women Empowerment 2) She Award by Pravesh Verma (MP) for woman empowerment 3) PNB Prerna Award - Anshu ji has been given recognition for her social services and efforts for women empowerment. 4) Award for Woman empowerment by ‘News Folder’ 7. Workshop Module and Format: We also organize the workshops in corporates to give the tips to working woman for Healthy, tasty and instant cooking.
