We are a travel startup with 4 hostels in India and 3 boutique hotels in Himachal. We cater for the extreme backpacker. Yes, we identify with one, because our founder is one such incorrigible backpacker (He calls himself a useless engineer with 11+ years of corporate experience but is Born to Travel). Having travelled to the most off-beat corners of the world, he realized that backpackers, though people with great resilience, perseverance and initiative, still need the same amount of security, cost-affordability, and hygiene as the next person. What’s more, backpackers have an insatiable desire to know more, explore more, and be intimate with the local culture. It is with these insights that the concept for HosteLavie was born.
