Responsibilities of candidate include: - managaing all forms email and messaging communications, - Calling existing clients and potential ones ( Must be able to communicate in english if required) - Drafting of invoices and maintain records of inventory, - Managing sales and purchases, - Knowledge of MS office is compulsary- primarily Word and Excel - planning and organising meetings - preparing papers for meetings
