Associate Product Designer

Duties & Responsibilities Own the UI/UX Design delivery for the assigned project. Be a part of client calls and understand client requirements. Evaluate client requirements and develop Information Architecture, application flow diagrams, wireframes, mock-ups, user journeys, and personas. Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, competitor evaluation, Heuristic evaluation and other research methods and produce comprehensive reports Create User Personas document by analyzing user goals, pain points, frustration pain points, Demographics based on user research Focus on creating reusable user experience and maintain a library of components, icons, colours, and fonts used throughout the product. Transform Product goals into a set of beautiful, easy-to-use and accessible designs, such as a set of app screens. Provide and solicit critique on your designs as well as the designs of your team-mates; Take ownership of design documentation and handoff processes, ensuring comprehensive and clear records of design decisions and assets for seamless transfer to development teams. Meet the performance goals as defined periodically. Aligning with the cultural values of Thence. Keeping stakeholders informed of project status, challenges encountered, and potential opportunities in a timely manner. Taking ownership of the design process from conception to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and user needs. Skills Required Strong understanding of design process, methodology, and human-centered design. Good knowledge to work with design tools, specifically Figma. A portfolio showcasing great looking web & mobile applications Consistent ability to apply a brand's style and interaction patterns Strong design thinking and understanding of tactical design Passion to solve visual design problems and the ability to distinguish Ability to work in an Agile development environment and communicate your ideas to internal and external stakeholders Thinks both tactically and strategically, and has high levels of self-direction, innovation and imagination. Great communication skills: the ability to clearly explain design decisions and process to anyone in the company Attention to details Ability to design and iterate based off feedbacks Always articulate your design decisions and what problems they're solving
