Internships Modules
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Marketing Representative. The Field Marketing Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with vendors, customers, and all stakeholders involved in the construction process. They will be responsible for promoting Brick&Bolt to potential customers, converting leads to sales, and providing customer service throughout the construction process.
Brick&Bolt is a tech-based construction platform in Bengaluru that connects customers to a curated set of service providers, enabling transparent pricing, and managing projects to ensure adherence to approved quality & timelines alongside levying penalties on the service providers in case of any delay. The process is augmented with an AI-based engine predicting the work schedules and managing quality & progress of projects using computer vision. The company is pre-series A funded by Sequoia Surge and has secured Rs 16.5 crore in its Series A funding round from Foundamental GmBh.
MBA freshers who are immediate joiners are preferred. Localites are preferred. Must have stayed in the location for at least 10 years. Two wheeler or Four wheeler with DL is a requirement. Travel allowance will be given and 10,000Rs given as incentive on closing deals. If performing well, will be converted to BDE with 5lpa.
