Job Description • Generating more business leads for various training programs offered by AEGIS • Developing business relationships with industry people/project practitioners/managers/and organizations to leverage opportunities • Carrying out telephonic or face to face interaction and follow up with individual prospects and converting them into participants for public programs • Responding to inquiries for in-house programs from corporates and providing them the necessary information • Maintaining and updating database of prospects (individuals and corporates) as well as existing customers • Posting details about upcoming programs on various social media platforms and ad sites as well as monitoring the response to the same • Co-ordinating and organizing public programs including arrangements with vendors for logistics, infrastructure and course ware • Sending mass mailers to target audience and tracking response
