Business Development

• Responsible to work in a ‘Event Promotion Team’ to garner an encouraging response from potential visitors to attend the event through email invitations, calls & follow ups during internship period • Promoting CeBIT INDIA exhibition: inviting head IT, technology procurement departments across hotels, retail chains, banks, government, channel partners and distributors, leading universities & teams, HR heads of companies to CeBIT INDIA and CeBIT Global Conferences • Onsite operational support: briefing & training on on ground VIP & delegate management and training on conference and awards show management • Training on handling of exhibition VIPs, govt. dignitaries, key speakers and star speakers to the conference & special events during the exhibition • Calling and emailing exhibition information to technology companies, associations, federations and their members to visit the event
