This individual needs to be a highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!! Job profile: Conduct primary research to identify potential prospects.Create and manage database from raw data of all potential prospects. Develop new convertible leads via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media from the database. Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospect’s pain points to determine which product can be pitched in for prospects. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities. Handover the prospect clients to field sales team for quotations, visits and conversions. Maintain communication log for all clients with accurate information and documents. Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports, MIS for weekly, monthly reviews. Required experience and knowledge: Telemarketing and/or inside sales experience. Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas. A proven track record of strong client relationships. Excellent client service skills.
