The internship covers sales and merchandising with the following job roles: 1. In-store Promotions- Our product is listed in Class A and A+ retail outlets across Mumbai. Your role would include sampling at these stores. You will be allotted a dedicated region to yourself. 2. Exhibition/ Events Promotion- You will be expected to promote and feature our products in Exhibitions and events like Zumba sessions, yoga classes, Pilates classes, marathons and etc. 3. Merchandising- Ensuring stock visibility at stores, store branding, stock moving, replacing expired products. NOTE: This internship requires fieldwork. Applicants should be comfortable with public transport. Terms/ Deliverable: • Stipend- 8000 per month. • Weekly working hours- 30hrs/pw. • Store sampling time- 4pm to 9pm • Minimum duration- preferably 3 months. • Working days- 6 days a week (Sundays preferable) • Recommendation letter would be provided at the end of the internship, solely on the basis of performance. • Internship letter will be provided at the end of the internship. • Appointment letter will be provided after being selected in the interview and field work. • A small sampling kit would be delivered to your house which would contain smoothies, vouchers, banners, paper glasses, tissues, ice packs, carry bags and T-shirts (optional). You will be expected to carry the sampling kit to the stores for sampling. • Travelling expenses would be covered for only public transport, which includes busses, trains and sharing rickshaw/ taxi.
