The primary focus of this position is to grow the AQAISO India Private Limited business. To perform this role successfully, the right candidate will need to possess a strong understanding of the services provided and use this knowledge to constantly develop the existing business environment. Overall responsibilities include: • Secondary Research: o Create a database of prospective customers pan India by region in the segments listed below. Database to include contact details of prospective customers  Residential (residential societies, individual households, townships, etc.)  Commercial (office buildings, commercial establishments, schools, colleges, hotels, malls, etc.) and,  Industrial (manufacturing units, municipal corporations, industrial associations, etc.) • Pre-sales: o Use different communication channels such as email and phone to reach out and follow up with prospects from the database o Understand decision making process and follow up to get in touch with the appropriate people / departments o Speak to prospects and pitch various services with the aim of setting up meetings with the appropriate decision makers • Cross functional collaboration: o Work closely with the management team and staff to ensure day to day activities are aligned to strategic objectives o Work closely with the Marketing Intern to develop a strategic market expansion plan Desired Skills: • Strong analytical, research & communication skills to be able to achieve set goals • Hardworking and independent thinker not requiring micromanagement & individual supervision. • Self starter who understand the vision of the company and communicates regularly with the management team to ensure that the day to day activities are aligned with the growth of the Company. • Excellent time management and organization skills.
