Internship Program: Duration: 30 days to 90 days. Nature: Full time. Eligibility: BBA/BBM/MBA/PGDBM/PGPM/ any Diplma in management in Marketing/Finance. Job profile: 1. Organizing the promotional activities with the Unit Managers for the Leads collection of Financial Advisors. 2. Organizing Free Business Opportunity Program in the branch and inviting candidates for the same. 3. Cold calling activities for the BOP. (For female candidates there will not be any field work) Why NJ? Students will be given the opportunity to work with the Unit Managers under the guidance of the Branch Manager to have the live exposure in the field of Sales and Marketing. What's more? Project Completion Certificate from NJ on completion of the program successfully. Eligible to attend the periodic lectures from our Experts. Training on financial products and also sessions on Corporate Culture and PD. Cash Incentive system for project trainees. **Students have the opportunity to earn during their project. During the project if any BOP participants converts to Value Pack, the particular trainee will be rewarded a minimum incentive of Rs. 500/- per instance.
