What We Offer - Our interns and volunteers are involved in working on various social development and environment conservation issues such as skill development, child education, poverty eradication, plantation, afforestation, reforestation and other related issues. We provide opportunity to know, explore and contribute in important mainstream work of the organization ranging from field surveys, researches, case studies and documentation. The options mentioned are not exhaustive and can be various; there is scope for innovation and experimentation with noble ideas. Apart from this we ● Provide opportunity to interns, to put into practice and deepen their theoretical knowledge of social development issues ● Give interns an opportunity to learn advocacy, researching, campaigning, networking skills and operational aspects of conservation and development work ● Provide opportunities to strengthen, scale up and build volunteer programmes. ● Enable them to transform into committed volunteer after the internship program. Job Description - 1. Carry out critical analysis of the most marginalized and underprivileged population residing around Delhi/NCR. 2. Research and outreach to new prospective corporate partners. 3. Maintain corporate outreach templates. 4. Update corporate records and reports. 5. Maintain corporate opportunity reports. 6. Update corporate documents and manual. 7. Post CSR news, trends, and client accomplishments on Social Media. 8. Set up calls with potential partner organizations. 9. Special CSR projects as needed on an on-going basis. 10. To actively contribute to a healthy, safe, secure and productive working environment. 11. Other duties related to operations and administration. Eligibility Criteria - ● Graduate/Post graduate or pursuing Post Graduation in Social Science/Development Science/ MSW or any other equivalent degree. ● Should be able to put in a minimum of 4 weeks; 6 weeks or more is desirable ● Should give full time and intensive commitment. Desirables - ● Can write and edit proposals. ● Good in researching and preparing case studies. ● Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multitask and prioritize own work, with good attention to detail.
