Our objective is to create a delightful user experience which includes safety, effectiveness, efficiency, and the WOW factor. With your expertise, we are able to distinguish the user experience of our products from competitor products. In your role as an intern for front-end development, your day-to-day tasks will consist of implementing user interface concepts for industrial applications and products. The candidate will experience the full user experience life cycle. The candidate will work with other members of our group to implement a graphical user interface of new software applications. The candidate will work together with a visual designer, an interaction designer, and subject matter experts. The responsibilities will include areas front-end development such as user interface framework, menus, data forms and tables. The quality attributes of a good front-end include user navigation, typology, color scheme, interaction and visual effects (e.g. to support a drag-n-drop interaction).
