Internship brief: The purpose of this position is to work with new and old two wheeler dealerships, agents, and brokers as a technology partner, planning and securing sales through CredR's technology products. Work involves meeting various stakeholders on field. Typically, this role will involve 80% time on field. Job Responsibilities: â— Ensure adoption of CredR's products and sales through them by starting and managing relationship with various stakeholders in used two-wheeler ecosystem â— Must be able to adhere to the beat plan as defined â— Developing new business by onboarding more stakeholders - new and old dealerships and agents â— Fulfillment of CredR commitment to the customers and business stakeholders â— Ensuring outstanding money recovery from the partners â— Be proactively sensitive to unrest and backlash from unorganized players â— Must adhere to a formal dress code as defined in the Policy Qualification â— Fluent in local language â— Strong analytical, negotiation, and business development skills â— Must be a troubleshooter with a proactive bent of mind
