Selected intern\\\'s day-to-day responsibilities include: \\r\\n1.Resource Planning, Identifying the right channel to sources for appropriate candidate, Screening and short listing the profiles and scheduling the interviews.\\r\\n2. Responsible to motivate the selected candidates, take care of new employee Joining Formalities and for Scheduling Induction, Orientation and Training to the newly joined employees.\\r\\n3. Responsible to maintain function wise sanctioned and available manpower data, Handling Grievances in coordination with higher ups.\\r\\n4. Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations. \\r\\n5. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.\\r\\n6. Participating in recruitment efforts, posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications, Conducting benefit enrollment process, Administering new employment assessments, Serving as a point\\r\\nperson for all new employee questions
