We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who will help us plan, execute & optimize our marketing and outreach strategies. The eligibility criteria are as follows:- - Age: 18-23 - Proficiency in Marathi language- spoken and written. Basic knowledge of English is an added advantage. - Should have a smartphone with strong internet connection. - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. - Should have good communication skills. - Should be willing to invest at least 2-3 hours each day - Should preferably be going to an academic institution (Eg: College) - Youth from areas in Maharashtra excluding Mumbai . Selected NetNari Intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Customer Acquition through Whatsapp and undertaking on-ground activities whenever necessary. 2. Performance based reward system- Interns will be responsible for on-boarding users onto the Whatsapp channel. Higher the number of users brought by each intern, better the rewards. 3. Interns will help analyse the customers needs. 4. Carrying out activities pre-decided by the NetNari team 5. Getting a minimum of 250-300 people to subscribe to the NetNari WhatsApp Channel. 6. Intern will promote the brand using online tools like social media

NetNari, an initiative by Netpar, is one of India’s first digital content network of rural and semi-urban women. These women will get a daily inflow of relevant, contextual & actionable content that will lead to an increase in their standard of living and quality of life. The objectives of the program are as follows: 1) To create a women centric initiative that will focus on uplifting women from semi-urban and rural areas 2) To facilitate easy access to relevant information through Whatsapp 3) To create a digital women’s network across India to create awareness on different topics that affect and are beneficial for women 4) To uplift the standard of living and quality of life of rural and semi-urban women through information

- Internship Certificate will be provided to the candidates at the end of internship. - Letter of Recommendation on company's letterhead will be given to the candidate for exceptional performance - Part-time work option available. - Work from home facility available.
