• The recruitment trainee is responsible for assisting the recruitment consultant in building and maintaining networks/ relations with the present clients. • The recruitment trainee is responsible for assisting in the proper implementation of the business development and marketing techniques to attract business from the clients. • The recruitment trainee is responsible for recognizing the potential clients and assist in building a relation with them. • The recruitment trainees are responsible for gathering data/ information on the respective client and analyze their industry, market condition, their work culture and environment. This information is then used to provide the clients what they need. • The recruitment trainee is responsible for understanding the open job positions and then approaching the suitable candidates. • The recruitment trainee is responsible for the basic/ first level screening of all the candidates and then provide the consultant with a shortlist of the candidates that are suitable to be passed in to next stage. • The recruitment trainee is responsible for briefing the candidates about the position, the responsibilities/ duties attached the working hours, salary, perks and all other relevant information.
