About the Internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle 2. Sourcing and screening of candidates through job portals and social web portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and Facebook) 3. Coordinating and conducting personal/telephonic interviews at various levels 4. Touching base with the offered candidates till they on-board 5. Maintaining the complete recruitment & on boarding tracker 6. Handling other HR operations activity
