• Service Business Analysis - Refine Service Operations dashboards to drive operational efficiency. Work with existing reporting tools to build charts and reports that can be used by management to streamline service operations & acquire service request registration etc as per target assigned for the given timeline. • Aptitude to analyze large database and build strong pipeline as an ongoing basis in the given market. • Developing actionable insights from data analysis by explaining GSG advantage and acquire customers with conviction and passion. • Building all would be customers from basic stage to intermediate analytical service understanding to support GSG overall operations. • Creating and analyzing key performance metrics (KPIs) and good in documenting metrics definitions customer wise while doing the registration and also maintain high degree relation for repeat and referral business. • Reporting and proper Documentation - update self process documents in the given portal to maximize operational efficiency as per reporting manager direction and instruction.
