Internships Modules
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1.Performing market research on prospective clients to increase our customer database 2.Meeting potential customers, setting up meetings, cold calling, and generating leads 3.Assisting existing clients/vendors in using our product, solving queries, and giving a prompt response 4.Handling inbound queries via chat/phone 5.Taking feedback from customers/vendors and reporting it to supervisors and the product team 6.Developing hands-on skills in customer service (inbound) and a lot of other aspects of the logistics industry
