Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Visiting our potential customers for new business in the market 2. Preparing the daily sales report (DSR) 3. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers 4. Providing the customers with relevant quotations 5. Gathering market and customer information 6. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with your company's managers 7. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions 8. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office 9. Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience
