We are recruiting interns for marketing our real estate website propertybol.com Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Visit potential customers(Builders and brokers) to make them aware about propertybol.com and sell Propertybol.com services. 2. Product demonstration & presentation. 3. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales • 3. Participate in conferences, events and meetings 4. Assist in marketing and promotional activities & support the marketing team in daily tasks. 5. Gather market and customer requirement and provide feedback on buying trends .Understand the needs of the customers and provide feedback to management about product features improvement. 6. Identify new markets and business opportunities
Vivoxa Software is a young startup incorporated in October 2017 and received startup recognition certificate from government of India( DIPP). Vivoxa Softwarelaunched its online Real estate website (www.propertybol.com), for Sale/Rent properties across India in April 2018. In May 2018, Vivvoxa software, launched mobile web app of propertybol.com.
