Business Development

1. Establish and manage an effective business development program to maximize growth across digital media, clinical trial, and market research services 2. Develop and expand new business opportunities with customers 3. Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within specified potential new and/or existing accounts 4. Establish and execute a comprehensive sales plan for each target account 5. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within account and develop deep knowledge of the customer organization 6. Actively network with the industry to establish relationships and to identify potential opportunities 7. Continuously monitor the status of leads and opportunities to ensure a pipeline of opportunities is maintained 8. Analyze potential opportunities and develop sales strategies for each account 9. Ensure appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to customer 10. Monitor actions and results against plans 11. Prepare and lead in-person and online client presentations 12. Establish brand recognition; communicate with internal project managers to assess overall level of customer satisfaction and progress of projects 13. Develop/write contracts and proposals 14. Handle follow-up related to the sale and drive completion of contractual documents
