About Internship: Seeking 5 interns for Business Development and Marketing. Every intern must be specialized and expert in at least either Business Development or Marketing and allied fields. The intern would also be assigned tasks related to Content, Physical and Digital Marketing. The Business Development team would be assigned identity cards and would follow the workplace ethics at all times. Non-specific decent dress code required. This Internship is also available for 'Work from Home'/'Virtual Internship' for only 2 interns. Each individual in this team would be allotted a specific amount of work/tasks/project and time duration and deadline in which he/she has to complete and try to deliver with par excellence. Work will be easily modeled and divided to avoid stress, tension and pressure problems. Responsibilities and Skills would be divided among all the peer interns. Interns are expected to have a basic fundamental knowledge of as much as possible skills stated here. Interns would undergo Training ranging from 1 week to 1 month as it depends on the intern's interest to work and practical knowledge and real-world industrial grasping power. Flexible Workhours are allowed here. But daily minimum dedicated 4-5 hours are must for enhancing the Business Development, Physical as well as Digital Marketing and helping to expand business and maximize profits. Intern's Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Drive category growth and market share with strong product/consumer analytics; managing products on all leading portals like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon, etc 2. R&D on new products and categories, launching them and manage the entire product lifecycle 3. Plan new range with the number of SKUs/pricing/inventory/timelines/P&L statement 4. Arrange photos or photo-shoots of all the SKU along with all the product description as well as follow-up with the support team for getting products live and checking whether products have a proper description. 5. Prepare deals and promotion of the products and arranging all the artwork needed for the same creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate everyone who comes across our content. 6. Develop, Design and Deploy the look, layout, and features of a website 7. Understanding both graphic design and computer programming 8. Help with maintenance and additions to the website 9. Work with development teams or managers for keeping the site up-to-date and prioritizing needs, among other tasks 10. Doing Information Gathering and Analytical Research on the project/task given. 11. Collecting raw info from team members and internet and then transforming these raw details into a convincing idea What would intern learn in this internship? Other than developing a thorough understanding of media landscape and how to build relationships with them to grow a brand; this internship will also teach you how to write in an effective and engaging manner that can hold a reader's attention. You will also learn a lot about how a business works. Skills such as Communication, Public Speaking, Analytical Thinking, Creativity, Negotiation, Stress Management, Technology etc. are a pre-requisite as well as the intern's these stated skills would get enhanced.
