Business Development Executives

- Generating Business leads and following up on sales opportunities. - Cold calling potential customers and Building relationships. - Pitching Company Services. - Understanding Customer needs and selling services accordingly. - Preparing presentations and proposals. - Working to weekly and monthly sales targets. - Maintain daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly work reports - Arranging meetings with clients / carrying out client meetings independently. - Working closely with other team members to develop new business. - Researching the market and identifying potential target customers. - Attending industry events in order to generate business leads. - The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. - Excellent time management and organization. - Maintaining fruitful relationships with customers. - Update of knowledge of the industry and its current events and products. - Follow company set policies and regulations. - An extremely positive attitude and good negotiating skills - Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills - Support Business Development Managers in general business development activity where necessary.
