Roles and responsibilities Would need to identify top salons in the city along with the POCs Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into SL vendors Single point of contact between the vendors and SL Hand hold the salons throughout the onboarding process Ensure a smooth vendor experience for the salons Assist in troubleshooting any issue faced by the vendors Engage with the onboarded vendors at regular intervals Generate conversion reports each week and submit them to management Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials Reporting structure Would report directly to the CMO/CSO Skills required Any bachelors degree/ pursuing a degree - preferable one in management Experience in field sales, account management is preferred, although not a necessary condition Freshers are also welcome Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills Strong in English and Tamil language Strong in MS Office - Word, Excel Ability to communicate with teams and a good team player Proactive and willing to take initiatives Must be willing to travel extensively within the city
