Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source potential leads through market research like business directories, social media accounts, web searches, or any such online/offline resources 2. Work on conducting online/offline research about the new business leads 3. Work on cold calling & making multiple outbound calls to potential leads & qualify opportunities 4. Work on converting potential leads to trial users 5. Answer all product and technical queries prospects have along the course of their evaluation to their satisfaction over the web, phone, or email 6. Onboard new customers and manage good relationships 7. Schedule and provide effective online demos to leads, prospects, and customers 8. Understand requirements and provide the best possible solution 9. Document lead and prospect activity in CRM to ensure efficient lead management 10. Build sales pipeline by prospecting through emails, calls, and web demos 11. Proactively identify opportunities to get testimonials, create case studies, and up-sell 12. Stay up to date with Learnyst platform updates and changes 13. Work on converting leads into customers all day, every day
