Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Meeting the given clients at given locations 2. Filling up the given questionnaire from the clients 3. Engaging in database creation. At our company interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes informing to the given manager about day to day activity, informing the respeective manager about the day activity & schedule etc..

In India approximately 350,000 engineers graduate out of college each year. Very few of these engineers do their post-graduate studies and even less will opt for a Ph.D. This is because of their lack of innovation, patience, and even because of the improper guidance for selecting the right universities. Thus the technical knowledge and growth of our country is lagging when compared to the countries like Japan, China and USA. The main reason to establish iMatiz is to eradicate these challenges and introduce a specialized knowledge sharing and transfer in India. We work towards breaking the bottlenecks in these channels of specialized knowledge sharing and making our country technically stand tall amongst other nations. This can only happen if we create a conducive ecosystem for doctoral candidates to successfully complete their research. Hence, iMatiz was started with sole focus of helping doctoral candidates achieve their goals and enrich our country's knowledge base.
