Initiating phone conversations with customers, Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the deal. It is an individual Contributor and will not be handling any team. Handie escalations and improve customer experience 4. Analysing and sharing active feedback about the customer behaviour, market demands and competition to the marketing team. 5.
