Business Development Trainee Programme is Motilal oswal securities ltd’s flagship entry level talent acquisition programme, conceptualized and designed for a fresh graduate. The programme is delivered in association with Dr Rahul Tiwari financial academy in India and Fidelite gloabal trainings academy (p) ltd in Uk and Norway, in consultation with the Dr Rahul Tiwari (Phd. Germany) As part of the Financial programme , Candidates will undergo an intensive three-month training that provides you with an overview of Financial Services and Management with modules including, but not limited to, the following:  Sales and Distribution Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)  Retail Finance  Corporate Finance  Appraisal & Management of Financial sector  Wealth Management  Distribution and Broking The extensive sessions conducted by Dr Rahul Tiwari and senior executives from the organization will ensure you get a thorough insight into the company and its various lines of business. The programme will also introduce you to our culture, values and philosophy that are the bedrock for the conception of all products and services offered by Motilal oswal securities ltd.Through structured modules and planned learning interventions, the program will equip you with real-world knowledge. Post successful completion of the program, you will get the opportunity to be placed in challenging roles across business units. Who are we looking for?
