Business Development/ Sales Intern

About the Position: Comunev is a startup with three founders and a truly passionate team. In this internship, you will get an opportunity to learn marketing and how to launch a product in the market. You’ll be directly contacting clients and customers to understand their problems and pitch solutions. You’ll get to know about things like leads funnel, conversion optimization, sales pitch, etc. Plus you’ll be able to earn a little side income as well. “Interns will get to take initiative from day 1. They will be guided by the founder and managers on the way” Roles & Responsibilities: Contacting companies that are hiring Pitching them our services Converting the leads and onboarding them as a client Doing follow ups with companies and ensuring we deliver on our promises Building relationships with clients and companies for long term Trying different experiments to improve conversion Giving suggestions for improving the product and process Must-haves: Only those candidates can apply who: are available for full-time/part-time internship are available for work from home can start the internship within the next 15 days or immediately are available for a duration of minimum 3 months have relevant skills and interests and want to help people connect Duration: 3 months (minimum) and can be extended if you would like to stay longer Working Hours: We have flexible working hours but for reference, Full Time means 6-8 hours & Part-Time means 3-4 hours per day Incentives: Internship Certificate, Letter of Recommendation/Appreciation, Linkedin Recommendation, Flexible work hours & joining date, No dress code (Startup Culture), Job Offer and a lot of knowledge, experience & freedom Stipend: Performance Based (50% of every conversion) Recruitment Process: Application Shortlisting>Skill Test>Interview Up for the challenge?
