Internships Modules
1. Assist in monitoring and managing incoming calls to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 2. Identify trends and patterns in call data to make recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies. 3. Help develop and update call scripts, knowledge bases, and other resources
