Passion for fitness, sports, or any physical activity Key Responsibilities : 1. Revenue Generation: ? Member Engagement: ? Facility Management: ? Maintain supreme center standards by promptly addressing facility-related issues through raising tickets. ? Ensure daily task execution, follow-ups with stakeholders and partners, and equipment/facility maintenance. 4. Member Experience: ? Actively seek and respond to member feedback, addressing any issues promptly to ensure a high standard of experience delivery. ? Develop a strong rapport with members, creating a welcoming and friendly environment that encourages repeat visits and referrals. 5. Stakeholder Management: ?
