Perform DNA extraction from various biological samples (e.g., soil, water, human, and animal tissues) using established protocols. Prepare samples for metagenomic sequencing, including library preparation and quality control. Operate and maintain sequencing equipment and related laboratory instruments. Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing protocols for DNA isolation and sequencing. Collaborate with the research team to interpret sequencing data and contribute to scientific discussions.
