This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and has a creative mindset. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage event calendars. • Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and plan events to engage our community effectively. • End-to-end event planning, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up. • Coordinate vendor activities to ensure seamless event execution. • Host and manage virtual meetings on platforms like Zoom. • Create visually engaging event materials using Canva. Requirements: • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Sendy. • Strong organization and project management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. • Design skills using tools like Canva are a plus.
