Learning about the client company's products, understanding how they are unique and aligning content development with it. 6. Clear articulation of the business goal behind the creation of a piece (or series) of content. 7. Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, and video. 8. Creativity, Wit & Humour in content writing would be appreciated. 9. Collaborate with SEO, SEM & Paid Social teams for holistic communication.
