Job Description: 1. Coordinate with all BVC branches towards complying with laid down standard procedures towards execution of the drive. 2. Coordinate with the list of orphanages to take a stock of kids living in the destitute home with age category break up 3. Support in promoting the initiative. 4. Ensure all collection points are in place before day start cut off 5. Ensure all collectibles are secured at day end cut off 6. Count & Sort all end of day collectibles 7. Coordinate with branches on daily collection and dispatch to SCP at the end of the drive. 8. Coordinate with vendors towards receipt of washed clothes, receipt of new books, stationery & packing boxes 9. Pack Collectibles as per dispatch plan to orphanages 10. Follow up with Orphanage post-dispatch. 11. Will work in close coordination with Core Foundation team. B. Take Away: 1. Coordinate end to end on CSR Drive 2. Support Foundation initiative to cater to Under Privileged Kids & senior citizens. 3. Learn Event Management & organizational skills for CSR activities 4. Learn to communicate with all stake holders to ensure smooth flow of operations 5. Learn logistical operations of a drive 6. Certificate of participation 7. Laptop mandatory 2. Working Hours: Flexibility to work depending on the Drive Need a. Pre Drive: 10:00am to 7:00pm b. During & Post Drive: 09:00am to 08:30pm 3. During Post Drive Logistics: Extended Working Hours
