Internships Modules
Work closely with coaches to modify existing sports curriculum Conduct usability testing sessions of our games with kids in preschools, kindergartens, day-care centres, etc. Develop new courses, assist in writing training articles, newsletters and other training related material Conduct regular observation in all assigned virtual classroom classes and maintain records. Attend staff meetings, lectures and other duties as assigned Create assessments to evaluate learning outcomes of the course Stay up to date with early learning practices . Oversee learning activities, curriculum, refresher training and resources Develop and manage training budget and help in preparing Training calendar Plan, coordinate and execute training of new staff in collaboration with business unit manager and regional coaches Evaluate feedback from training and determine priorities for raising the bar on training

We introduce kids to the fundamentals of multisports - Viz. Gymnastics, Football, Basketball, Athletics, Cricket etc. We run the multisport program at the preschools during the preschool hours.
