Position Title: Telecaller Reports To: Team Leader Overall Position Purpose: Tele-Sales Executive – Acquire new customers, maintain a set of existing customers and generate additional leads by cross selling and building good relationship with customers. The customer will be managed exclusively through telephone and by Funnel Updates/ Follow ups. Accountabilities: 1. To make outbound sales calls to generate new leads from Data Base and existing customers. 2. Constantly up-sell and cross-sell products and services for both outbound and inbound calls from customers. 3. Use the necessary sales tools on calls to understand the customer’s Eligibility. 4. To answer all customer enquiries regarding credit cards , personal loans accurately, consistently, and with confidence. Be strong about Bank policies . 5. Provide a high level of service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all prospects and customers have an express requirement, and are looking for instant and immediate action. 6. Deal with all employees located in other departments and in a professional and co-operative manner at all times, and consistently strive to promote a positive team spirit. 7. Daily calls report to be submitted Mandatory if not absent will be marked . Working style as per Bankzone policy Norms  9.30 Reporting Time to office  9.30 to 9.50 am Meeting  10 to 1.15 Fresh Base calling  1.30 to 2.00pm Lunch Time  2.00 to 5.30 pm calls  5.30 to 6.15 funnel update / Reports to Team leaders.  6.30 can leave from office premises .
