Internships Modules
1. Making calls to customers over the phone and perusing them for conversion 2. Answering customer queries over the phone, social media & whats app 3. Maintaining the SLA of 60 minutes for solving the queries of the customers 4. Creating new custom and dynamic templates for customer success strategy 5. Analysis of customer data & making weekly reports 6. Only FEMALE candidates 7. Must be willing to work flexible timings 8. Must know English, Tamil & Hindi - Basically Multilingual
