Required to manage the chat/Emails received from the customers within TAT. ? Coordination with internal credit team & product to be done to resolve any issue faced by ? the customer’s to be updated with each lead status. ? Ready to work on Saturday & Sunday if required (roaster basis) ? Speed of execution must be at par with the leads received for the day ? Data entry of each lead received in the system ? Ready to extend in case of business requirement.
