Internships Modules
1. Understand the SOP, processes, and policies of the customer support department\r\n2. Understand customer\'s problems with respect to the products (technical or non-technical), then, accordingly provide correct troubleshooting (if available)\r\n3. Ensure that the customer has provided all required details, and filled up the required form to process the case further\r\n4. Schedule reverse pick-ups of faulty products from customers\' addresses\r\n5. Coordinate internally with different departments to resolve customer queries
