Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Engage with existing clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of MyOperator's solutions. Proactively contact clients to gather feedback and provide assistance. Assist in onboarding new clients, guiding them through the setup process, and ensuring a smooth transition to using our services. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary. Develop a deep understanding of MyOperator's products and services to address customer inquiries and provide solutions effectively. Help identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on building and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in addressing customer needs and concerns. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, interacting with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Basic understanding of customer success principles or previous experience in customer service roles is a plus.
