Title: Customer Support Intern Job Description: We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and ambitious Customer Support Intern with strong communication skills and confidence. This 3-month internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of customer support. Interns demonstrating outstanding performance may be considered for a full-time role. As a Customer Support Intern, you will assist clients primarily through calls, emails, and chats, providing a smooth and supportive experience. You will also gain insights into market scenarios and learn how to communicate valuable feedback to your reporting manager. Tenure: 3-Months Internship Key Responsibilities: -Develop a foundational understanding of company products and services. -Assist in providing quick, professional, and accurate responses to customer inquiries, including questions on orders, quotes, product issues, and general inquiries. -Support ticket management, ensuring written communication is clear and customer-friendly. -Meet personal and team targets by learning to explain the benefits of company services and identifying opportunities to add value for clients. Requirements: -Recent graduates in any field with a keen interest in customer support. -Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. -Basic organizational and time-management skills. -Willingness to learn negotiation and client interaction techniques. -Ability to work from the office (WFO) in Noida Sector 2. -Availability for a rotational shift schedule.
