Internships Modules
Gather client data and create new workflows for them. - Understand new input patterns and do manual classification of entity/intent. - Work with client marketing team to automate new conversation patterns. - Handle client support issues. - Should have experience in marketing IT products. - Should have knowledge in using the .xml, word, excel, html, data analytics. - Take feedback from clients about the product and suggest new ways to improve the product further. - Help clients in clarifying their queries.
