Customer Support Intern

Mobicip, a leading SaaS provider is looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our customer success team. As a part of the Customer Success Team, the Support intern will work closely with our customers, marketing and development teams in solving customer queries and issues regarding our product(s) to ensure a great user experience of our app and software. Ultimately, the customer support intern will ensure our customers find our product easy to use with a good experience.
