Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Use data to monitor social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram etc.) conversations and identify the first line of customers 2. Prepare a communication strategy to reach out to customers with a consistent messaging 3. Identify new avenues of customer outreach and run digital marketing campaigns 4. Prepare dashboard for automated monitoring of social media campaigns 5. Prepare channels for incoming customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions 6. Devise a mechanism for monitoring the turn-around of incoming messages by responding to them 7. Perform SEO and Metadata tagging of all the online content
