Digital Monk

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Monk, to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing Monk will work with the supporting teams (such as recruitment executives), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on a budget. • Plan and execute all web, email, and social media advertising campaigns • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaign • Design, build and maintain our social media presence • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies • Collaborate with internal teams to record and facilitate video interviewing of candidates • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate • Drive campaign management for client acquisition programs across multiple channels • Creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production • Creative thinker, excellent listener, and communication • Preferably Female candidates for the position. • Knowledge on SEO, SEM.
