Event Intern

The individual reports on time to assigned workspace on time everyday apart for their day offs/ allowed pre-approved holidays ? Attends the necessary meetings and understands the importance and analyses what has been discussed and takes action where necessary ? Gets involved in planning event calendar with the events team and contributes creative ideas ? Plans the logistics of the events and takes necessary steps to promote, execute and excel in the quality of the event ? Ensures that the coordination and communication is at par with the requirements of the events ? Ensures the event has been promoted on all applicable platforms to increase participation ? Arrives at the event venue at least 1 hour before the event to ensure the set-up and all other requirements are on track ? Engages with the Settlrs during the event and takes feedback, review and promotes social media engagement \ ? Ensures the event has enough marketing collaterals for branding where required ? Takes good photographs, videos for the social media content ? Fills the event outcome reports post events ? Aligns with and follows all the reporting systems as applicable after sufficient trainings ? Voices out any redundant practices and offers a creative solution
